We had warm experience here, nothing too much trouble!

The location was great for Chiang Mai, near the city centre, Thailand, and so much Siripanna. The room we booked was clean and attractive with comfortable bed. The staff was graceful and we would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel with magnificent location to the Walking Street on Saturday night and excellent staff with excellent service. Huge royal villa, extremely comfy beds. A wide range of options, superb food.

The stay was excellent. It was ideal and exceptionally clean hotel, exactly as described, with amazingly nice staff and amazing location close enough to the centre. Location: the venue was close to temple, an indoor Koi pond, and old chiang mai.

The room was great and warm, had effective air conditioning, a balcony, and free wireless internet, I really enjoyed it. Bed & pillows were exceptionally comfortable, I slept well...

Favourable and perfect position in the green area, so close to the big thai restaurants and the Night Bazaar and other areas. Good American breakfasts mainly for Asian, free wi-fi. Well-maintained pool, parking on site. A stunningly beautiful and exceptionally comfortable hotel, my first choice in Chiang Mai.

The resort had an incredibly unique and cultural atmosphere, which was a refreshing change. The pool area was absolutely amazing and provided the perfect place to relax and cool off. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. It was a pleasant surprise to find a peaceful and quiet room available for those moments of tranquility. The little pond outside was a lovely touch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the shower pressure was GREAT. Additionally, the resort was conveniently located near the centre, with a short drive to the night market.

We stayed in the deluxe room and it was big, clean and very comfortable. There was even a sofa bed that allowed one to double up as an extra bed. The in-house spa was very good.

There is no free Wi Fi in the room. There is no extra bedding for the sofa bed if you want to double it up as an extra bed. The staff are mostly friendly but their services delivery are inconsistent. One the staff came across as impatient when we start asking for recommendation for places to visit and things to do. Most of the staff has difficulty conversing in simple English and there is communication breakdown. Among the staff, there can be inconsistent organisation or coordination leading to staff not being able to handle simple requests from guests, E.G. guest asking for menu repeatedly. The training of the staff needs to be improved in terms of language, staff organisation and having information at hand to assist guests.

The hotel was a peaceful oasis, perfect for a restful stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to the airport, lovely restaurants, and the night bazaar. The check-in process was smooth, with a relaxing seating area near an indoor Koi pond. The room was spacious, with a large double bed, fantastic amenities, and a beautiful bathroom with a large tub. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including Thai and continental food. The pool and bar were relaxing, with beautiful views. However, finding an empty sunbed at the pool was challenging.

Staff were always welcoming, great pool, food was lovely and the rooms were good quality and spacious.

Design of the hotel is very nice and swimming pool is unique here. Staffs are quite friendly.

The hotel is located out of the center. You have to take taxi or hotel shuttle bus all the time. It is not possible to walk from main attraction of the city.

We had an amazing time at Siripanna Villa Resort & Spa Chiang Mai -Sha Extra Plus! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Our room, a deluxe plunge pool room, was beautifully designed with authentic Thai touches. The bed was huge and comfortable, and the bathroom had a large bathtub and a fantastic walk-in shower. We loved the swimming pool, which felt like swimming in a river with all the lush plant life surrounding it. Despite being a bit outside the city, we actually enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The location was still easily accessible with taxis or the hotel shuttle. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool - it was so refreshing to relax in after a day of exploring. We also enjoyed the bar by the pool, where we had delicious drinks during happy hour. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Siripanna Villa Resort & Spa Chiang Mai -Sha Extra Plus for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
